Refund policy

All Bebaak Jewels  products are handcrafted by expert karigars and undergo rigorous quality checks before being dispatched. As each product is unique ~ it may vary slightly from the pictures.

Returns and Exchanges will only be accepted if:

  • Order was damaged in transit.
  • Order was Incorrect.

Refund will only be issued as a CREDIT NOTE and not in the original payment Mode.
Store Credit is valid for 3 Months. 

If the above exists then you may return the order exactly as you received it, with original packaging. It should be unworn and the tag attached with the product should be intact.

Once we receive the product back, we will perform a quality check, and if it passes the said check we will replace the same product with a new one. In case the product goes out of stock we will refund the amount via Store Credit. The Store Credit is valid for 3 Months from date of issuance.


DISPATCH

Once we receive the damaged/incorrect product, we will dispatch the fresh/correct product.

*We are not responsible for any damaged packages or packages lost in transit. We are not liable for any returns that we were not notified of.


THE FOLLOWING DOES NOT QUALIFY FOR REFUNDS:

  • Package lost in shipment
  • Package refused by recipient
  • Products that have been returned in a used or damaged condition
  • Products returned due to size issues (Please check the size guides carefully before making a purchase)
  • Incorrect delivery address.
  • If the jewellery is not faulty or damaged in any way.
  • Minor variations in colour & design of the jewellery
  • After more than 3 failed delivery attempts by our courier agent.
  • Products that have been returned where the barcode attached is either missing or damaged.
  • Inform: You need to share the name and image of the product via email at support@bebaakjewels.com within 48 hours from the time you receive your product. We will then approve your return request and then the next step follows.

  • Return: Once you receive our confirmation for your return request approval, you need to ship us the products you wish to return with all the original packaging by keeping it safely back into the box/packaging. The product(s) should be shipped back to us within 5 days from the day we approve your return  request. The cost of shipping the product will be borne by the customer. The product(s) should be in its original and unused condition with intact packaging and tags attached . We will not be able to process the refund coupon code if the product(s) is damaged or shipped without its original packaging. Please use a reliable courier service for shipping the product(s) and share the tracking details once the products shipped.

  • Refund: The final step starts once we receive the returned package from you. Once we receive your package, we will inform you within 24-48 hours about the receipt. Upon quality check, we will calculate the applicable refund as per our Refund Policy.

Cancellation of your order:

  • Every order is generally fulfilled within 2 hours of order placement. Orders once placed on our website are only eligible for cancellation until they are shipped from our warehouse. For COD orders, we will call you for order confirmation before shipping. Prepaid orders cancelled before shipping will be refunded as per customers choice of receiving a refund-coupon-code or refund in your original payment mode. (5% deduction as PG charges)
