REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY
All Bebaak Jewels products are handcrafted by expert karigars and undergo rigorous quality checks before being dispatched. As each product is unique , it may vary slightly from the product images.
Returns and Exchanges
We only accept returns or exchanges if :
- Order was damaged in transit.
- Order recieved was Incorrect.
How to Initiate a Return
- Notify Us: Share the name and image of the product via email at support@bebaakjewels.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Approval: We will review your request and provide further instructions once approved.
- Shipping: Upon approval, ship the product(s) back to us within 5 days. Please ensure the product is in its original, unused condition, with all packaging and tags intact.
Note: Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer. Please use a reliable courier service and share the tracking details with us. - Quality Check: Once we receive the returned package , we will perform a quality check. If it passes we replace the product with a new one . In case the product is out of stock we will issue a refund via store credit (valid for 3 months from the date of issuance )
THE FOLLOWING DOES NOT QUALIFY FOR REFUNDS:
We are not responsible for packages lost in shipment or refused by the recipient , and we are not liable for any returns that were not notified to us . Additionally , returns are not accepted for:
- Products that have been returned in a used or damaged condition
- Products returned due to size issues (Please check the size guides carefully before making a purchase)
- Incorrect delivery addresses.
- If the jewellery is not faulty or damaged in any way.
- Minor variations in colour & design
- After more than 3 failed delivery attempts by our courier agent.
- Products that have been returned where the barcode attached is either missing or damaged.
Order Cancellation
Every order is generally fulfilled within 2 hours of placement. Orders are eligible for cancellation only until they are shipped from our warehouse.
COD Orders: We will call you for order confirmation before shipping.
Prepaid Orders: If cancelled before shipping, you may choose to receive a refund via a coupon code or to your original payment mode (subject to a 5% deduction for payment gateway charges).

Inform: You need to share the name and image of the product via email at support@bebaakjewels.com within 48 hours from the time you receive your product. We will then approve your return request and then the next step follows.

Return: Once you receive our confirmation for your return request approval, you need to ship us the products you wish to return with all the original packaging by keeping it safely back into the box/packaging. The product(s) should be shipped back to us within 5 days from the day we approve your return request. The cost of shipping the product will be borne by the customer. The product(s) should be in its original and unused condition with intact packaging and tags attached . We will not be able to process the refund coupon code if the product(s) is damaged or shipped without its original packaging. Please use a reliable courier service for shipping the product(s) and share the tracking details once the products shipped.

Refund: The final step starts once we receive the returned package from you. Once we receive your package, we will inform you within 24-48 hours about the receipt. Upon quality check, we will calculate the applicable refund as per our Refund Policy.
